Delivery Policy for Natal and Nurture

Thank you for purchasing a course from Natal and Nurture! I want to ensure that your experience is smooth and straightforward, so here's a quick guide to how your pre-recorded antenatal classes will be delivered.

1. Delivery Method
All of my antenatal classes are pre-recorded and delivered online. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive immediate access to the course through your account on my website. You will be able to watch the videos at your convenience, on any device with internet access.

2. How to Access Your Classes
After purchasing, you will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your account and access the course. You can access the course content by logging into the Natal and Nurture account portal.
If you created an account during checkout, you can simply log in and access your classes from the “My Courses” section. If you didn’t create an account, you will be able to access the class via the link sent to your email.
3. No Physical Shipping
Because my classes are digital, there is no physical product to ship. The content is available for instant access after your purchase.

4. Technical Requirements
To ensure a smooth experience, please make sure you have an internet connection and are using a compatible device (desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone). My courses are hosted on Teachable, and you may need to have a compatible web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) to stream the videos.
