There's a course for everyone...

Natal and Nurture antenatal courses are designed with you in mind. There are course bundles available to suit all your needs, and each bundle includes a Nesting Kit - your complementary course materials to enhance your learning and help you prepare for the arrival of your baby.

Whether you're newly pregnant, or are already getting ready to meet your baby soon, Natal and Nurture courses are here for you. Find support with your early pregnancy symptoms, creating your birth plan and caring for your newborn in the immediate postnatal period. There's also advice for your birth partner, so they can learn how best to support you during this transition into parenthood.

The courses are comprehensive and detailed, so perfect for first time parents. But, if you've had a baby before, Natal and Nurture is still for you! They act as the perfect refresher course to give you the confidence you need to tackle pregnancy, birth and caring for your baby again.

In addition to the courses, Natal and Nurture also provides supplementary materials like the Nesting Kit, as well as a guide to home birth and a complete breastfeeding manual to support you with feeding your baby. These are all available to buy separately from my Etsy store.
